Help with my jirachi's ev's.

i don't know if i'm putting this thread in the right place, if it's not i apologise.
right, i recently recieved a jirachi in a trade (legit) and it has been trained 11 levels. i don't know what ev's it has been given, i was wondering if there is a way to find out? i know there is the ev reducing berries i could use, but i don't understand how they work, as i tried using them before and they just kept reducing all the stats base levels until i ran out of each berry.

any help/information that could help me would be greatly appreciated

Regarding your question, you can make a good guess as to what the IVs are, as it hasn't been trained much, but, ultimately, you won't know what they are.

and that doesn't really help me, as i'm not asking about iv's.

Nah, just post your simple questions there next time. If you don't know every Pokemon your Jirachi has beaten, you'll have to restart on the EVs. Give it some of the reducing berries and keep a list. Bulbapedia has a list of which Pokemon give which EVs.

do i give it berries until it says "the base stat won't go any lower" for each? or does that mean i went too far?

cos i used some before and it just kept going and i eventually ran out.

The first berry drops it down to 100 EVs and the rest subtract 10 each. 11 berries clear the stat completely. If it says it won;t go lower, then it should have 0 in that stat.
