Tangrowth

Sludgebomb
Focus Blast
Earth Power
Power Whip

Metagross

Hammer Arm
Meteor Mash
Zen Headbutt
??? needs suggestions ???

Suicune

Extrasensory
Surf
Icebeam
Shadowball

Heatran

Head Wave
Flash Cannon
Earthpower
Dark Pulse

Regirock

Superpower
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Hammer Arm

Snorlax@Power Herb

Crunch
Focus Punch
Bodyslam or Return???
Rockslide

Please Rate My team. Thanks. oh, this tournament, its a double battle.

I was thinking if I should replace Regirock with Rhyperior, but Regirock's defensive stats made me think twice.

Replace Snorlax with Blissey???

I need help with Items and EVs and movesets and everything else thx

- Replace Snorlax, since he kind of fell in the 4th gen, with Blissey, and use the normal Blissey moveset.

- Suicune is more like a tank, so give it Calm Mind for extra SAtk. and SDef.

- Replace Heatran with another Pokemon because 4X Weakness to Ground is not fun. I recommend Garchomp since he can learn EQ and Fire Fang, the only good attacking types on Heatran.

- Oh, and get Rhyperior. He's awesome with Solid Rock.

I'm not sure if I should replace Snorlax with blissey since its defense stat, well, stinks, really... really bad. But ill think anout it.

I can't give Suicune Calm Mind since it is an offense tournament.

I'll check Garchomp out, I don't have one yet, but I'll try. But there are a lot of Icebeamers, so I'm not quite sure yet

Rhyperior. it still has downfalls with most water and grass type attacks being in the special category. And Seeing its Special Defense... it made me sad. But its HP stat is still pretty cool. I think I'll wait for more suggestions and see.

You could try a pokemon that has Explosion teamed up with a ghost. The Explosion wouldn't hurt the ghost parter, therefore, really hurting the opponent. Spiritomb is a really good tank. I suggest him!

o, turns out they are...

Is Bastiodon a good choice???

Bastiodon
Rest
Metal Burst
Toxic
Swagger

I'm thinking of putting taunt. O and this way I can use explosion too, x0.25 damage and that massive defense stat. Tch, there aren't many great Ghost types around.

Whats the Blissey moveset???

Once again Regirock or Rhyperior. Now I'm kinda siding with Rhyperior.

Rhyperior:
EQ
Megahorn
Stone Edge
Hammer Arm???

Whats a better water type than Suicune???

If you guys can, come up with some attacks that can hit both opponents.

BLIZZARD... it has low accuracy but really powerful and hits at least one.
HEAT WAVE... kewl

Suicune needs calm mind if you're going to use him. And remember: Ice Beam > Blizzard.

Bastiodon has a bigger problem than Heatran: Quad weakness to ground AND fighting. No amount of defense is going to help him against any physical sweeper.
Rhyperior is awesome, as long as it has solid rock.

One good idea is to have one pokemon use follow me, and then have the other boost it's stats. Then just sweep the competition.

Just remember that stat boosters are your friends, and you should be okay.

replace regirock with skarmory, regirock has two weaknesses that is physical, fighting and ground which can get to 120 and 100 base power respectively, the two physical weaknesses skarmory has are thunderpunch and firepunch which are only 75 in power and they are not used very often, unlick close combat and EQ.

replace snorlax with blissey, what else can i say blissey own most special sweepers with ease.

replace suicune with starmie, fast and furious.

replace heatran with ryferior (spelling) solid rock makes up for its lost speed, and its massive fire power makes it hard opponent.

not sures' but can be taken into consideration:

replace tangrowth with heracross, i havnt checked about tangrowth's stats so im not sure about this but from my experience, heracross is a pretty good physical sweeper, its got access to stone edge and close combat and thats even backed up with megahorn, and even if thats not strong enough it can get a possible 383 attack stat and after 1st turn's sword dance...it can sweep most teams that arnt prepared.

Skarmory is a good idea, especially with spikes; for some reason, not that many people expect it. After using spikes three times, the opponent loses a quarter of their health for every switch. Might want to give it roar as well to force the switches.

Suicune is pretty awesome though. Starmie is good, but they're different classes. If you were just going to do straight out sweeping with them, then Starmie, and that's what you seem to be going for.

^ blargg is very right about skarmory, it takes hits with 400+ hp and 400+ def, and i forgot to mention the move set for u

spikes (learnt)
roar (TM)
rest/roost(TM, i think it can learn roost since its flying)
drill peck ( breed with a spearow)

metagross

teach it something that messes with the status. like water pulse, swagger, or any other attack that can cause a status effect. you have focused way too much on normal defense and attack. if someone brings out a fast psychic or some such, you are doomed. and like that one guy said. a calm mind suicune is a good idea.

yea ill get rid of blizzards, Tangrowth's stats are pretty good. I'll check those poke's stats...
...

Possibly Heracross but I don't think I'm going to use Skarmory.

I just looked up Cresselia and it looks like one of the best walls out there.
Regigigas looks like a nice tank, really nice. What do you say?

not Regigigas as for the first 5 turns in battle(or something like that) its stats are halved
what about Charizard,Blissey,Metagross,Swampert,Ludicolo and Salamence for a team? (if you can upload some of them to Pal Park)
Salamence is pretty good in my opinion if you breed it for Hydro Pump and Calm nature. it also lowers both opponents' Atk stats when it is brought into battle.
Blissey has been mentioned but what about the moveset
Seismic Toss,Softboiled,Substitute and Counter?
Counter will at least help you against all those Pokemon that try and take advantage of Blissey's abysmal defense stat.
Metagross with Meteor Mash,Shadow Ball,Sludge Bomb and Psychic might work as its got good type coverage.
Ludicolo could have like Thunderpunch,Fire Punch and Giga Drain which also helps.
Charizard is an awesome Pokemon to use as it can have quite high Atk and Speed if you train it right. i think Rock Slideworks well here.
Swampert again with Calm nature could do well. Ice Ball could work for you as it hits both opponents and may make 1 or both of them flinch
