-Hydro Pump

-Rain Dance

6.Magcargo [Fire/Rock]

-Rock Throw
-Flamethrower

OR

6. Sunflora [Grass]
-Giga Drain
-Ingrain
-Solarbeam
-Petal Dance

I'm looking for help... mainly on movesets.. thanks =P

Is it for NetBattle or one of the games? And do they have any items?

It's for Emerald, and I haven't equipped them with any items yet... but I guess I should...

Not really good at movesets but when I've asked for some for myself people would tell me to try not to use too many of the same type attack per Pokemon. Like your Wailord and Sunflora have all water and grass moves, try to get other type attacks instead.

Tbolt, Reflect, HPFire/Ice/Grass, filler.

2. Dragonite [Dragon/Flying]
-Slam
-Dragon Claw
-Fly
-Outrage

EQ/Ddance/Flying HP/Filler.

3. Metagross [Steel/Psychic]
-Meteor Mash
-Confusion
-Metal Claw
-Psychic

I'm a fan of Meteor Mash/Earthquake/Explosion/Agility, personally.

4. Glalie [Ice]
-Ice Beam
-Sheer Cold
-Blizzard
-Crunch

For in-game, keep Sheer Cold 'cuz it's fun. Glalie sucks. With that said, maybe Rest and some filler for the last two moves--Crunch won't do you too badly.

5. Wailord [Water]

-Hydro Pump
-Surf
-Rain Dance

Ew. Um. Don't use Wailord.

6.Magcargo [Fire/Rock]
-Rock Slide
-Overheat
-Rock Throw
-Flamethrower

OR

6. Sunflora [Grass]
-Giga Drain
-Ingrain
-Solarbeam
-Petal Dance

Never, ever use Magcargo OR sunflora. They're atrocious.
