Help with Raging Flame Deck

This is my new infernape deck. Any advice will gladly be taken.


Strategy:


The strategy is to start with Infernape 4 and get him attacking by t2. Get Heatran Lv.x on the bench as soon as possible while attacking with Infernape 4 Lv.X. If pulled into a late game use Houndoom to finish off the opponent.

I like it. However, it seems to be a little lacking in speed. Have you tried adding in another Porygon2 line and dropping a Premier Ball and one Pokémon Rescue for some SP Radars? That would probably help. There are a couple more changes I'd make, but I'm short on time... LMK how the speed of the deck is.
