I have currently 3 issues with my computer, hopefully, you will be able to resolve it for me.

1. SPYWARE~ Oh yes, my computer has tons and tons of spyware and viruses, I have tried downloading many many stuff, but most of them were only able to scan for the infections. But not delete them, I need to register some sort of stuff which I am not able to due to my young age, 13. So I hope some of you may tell me which software is actually 100% free.

2. BOOTING UP COMPUTER~ For months and months, I have this particular problem, when I hit the 'ON button', it will boot up as normal, then it will show the status page for a second before turning black, and it will show the loading screen after that, and it will also turn black after a second. Then it will show the account page for a second before turning black again. Now, this is not normal, especially, the status page usually stays for 5 seconds and the loading page for 10 seconds. To get it all back to normal, I switch off the plug before oning it again. Somehow, everything will run smoothly after that - but not the next time I want to use it. I can't help worrying what is happening to my computer, considering I have over 100 files inside it.

3. PARTICULAR FILE PROBLEM~ I have a folder named 'SPPscript' for the SPP chat, now, ever since I put the computer on standby, I can't open it anymore, I can't delete it, I can uninstall the program but not delete the file. It always gives me a message 'Data error Cyclic Redundancy Check'. Now everytime I even click the file, the computer jams.

Thank you~

On the spyware issue... I use SpyBot - Search and Destroy and AdAware, and they're super-helpful and completely free. Unless you want to upgrade them for some reason, but it's completely unnecessary.

Wow, I think reformatting your hard drive would be your best bet. Just be sure to save the stuff you really want on another storage device before doing so.
