Okay when I was in a battle I won and after that I saw a Berry that is
Blurry and when i press a on it,it says: !
and it stop looking like blurry,my friend said that it's a missingno
is it a Missingno?

Missingno. is only available in R/B, and differently in Yellow. Missingno. itself is NOWHERE ELSE. There are glitches, but they aren't Missingno..

If you were using a Gameshark, it might have screwed up your game. If not, I don't know what to do to help.
