I'm trying to create an article but it says only "Bots" can do that, can someone help me please?

Are you perhaps trying to create an article in Bulbagarden Archives? Make sure you're editing on Bulbapedia...
Second thing to check is that your account has been e-mail activated.

What article are you trying to create, exactly? Perhaps you could post a link? I can tell you from there if you should be able to create the article or not... (I think some articles are limited in creation.)

My guess is that you're not logged in. If you are, then JD's probably right and you need to make sure you've been confirmed by e-mail.
