I try to connect to the chat, and I get this error message:

[19:02] Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Connection refused: connect

any ideas as to what I should do?
 
^ Honestly, could this actually explain whether I'm shunned or not from the server itself again? Now I can't tell if it was that the server was down or if I've been shunned. I honestly don't know what's happening.

I'm talking about the network, not the chat. Besides Misty is such a POWER ABUSING OP! I didn't do anything. I got little logs saved in my email. Unless if you could kindly post the full log.

You were banned from the entire chat.

Systemnet had nothing to do with it.

No, you clearly don't understand me. After I got banned from the chat, a few minutes later, I found out I couldn't go anywhere on Systemnet as I looked into my mIRC program. Now I'm stuck unable to do anything, I'm afraid. No one has probably lifted the shun off the server. It all says this stuff and nothing further than that. Except for I don't have my status logs logged. Now why is that?

This was a thread from a server incident earlier this week. it was resolved a few hours later.

Are you using the java applet here on the forums? If so, the java no longer allows for channel /joins because a lot of people would just join other channels when banned from #bulbagarden and that annoyed a lot of people.

Well, first I clicked on the Java Chat from the forums to see if I could get on Systemnet. There's been no server change or move so far. I saw that I could get on only for a few minutes. When I found that out, I quickly went to my mIRC typed in a bunch of gibberish crap, username, ident because my mIRC program from Serebii is sucky and it doesn't seem to work properly. I also had that kind of talk with him in pm 2 weeks before this happens now and he wasn't there and someone said "hi" to me and then they started harassing me again and then accusing me of minimodding when I knew exactly what I was talking about and they didn't. But now I can't get on again and I can't post the Status logs because they're not saving. I usually get on mIRC instead because I could log and before Misty unfairly banned me from the chat, as it was totally undeserving, I saved some logs into my email, but not the kick message I received.

Oh! I didn't hear you when you said earlier this week. /Sarcasm! I got the part you said it was resolved a few hours later. I only read half the post you typed.

It's been doing this to me too. Make sure your java is up to date, otherwise I don't know.
