i need help with the whole ev stat training thing. i have a salamence at lvl 60 that has an effort ribbon already and an aggron 75 with effort ribbon with max defense < BUT i never have gotten a high + value always been 4 or so any suggesstions? im working on feraligatr now lvl 43 with power bracer and still only get +4 for attack
