I saw the preview before the show started and it looked good. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to see it.

I'm contemplating asking for it for Christmas. Should I or is it not worth getting?

It's very much worth getting. Lots of action, deep plots, character interactions, and twists and turns.
 
Yes, get it! It's the only US show I care about right now! (Not that that matters much)

I should edit this and say Drama, there are still a few comedies that I like

For my school newspaper, I had to write a review about it.

From what I've researched, it looks pretty good. Buy it.

"Heroes" is well worth the money. It's mind blowing and mind bending at the same time, the characters are well written, as are the episodes, and the action is second to none.
