My god, that IS adorable. Also, from the looks of this, it probably has never been released in the US, hence no dub. I also did a quick check on AnimeSuki to see if anyone had a torrent of this available, and no luck.

If I remember, the Fire Emblem anime series was cancelled mid-season(like Stargate SG-1 <_<) because of poor ratings.
