Hello, it has been quite a few years since I have been a part of the Bulbagarden Forums! My name was ILuvAsh or something, but I don't even know if it exists anymore. Back then I mostly posted in threads associated with shipping.

Anyways, I am more familiar with the Pokemon from the 1st Generation (and some 2nd/Advanced Generation), so I only have a few favorite Pokemon from later times. I love the ones that resemble cats, such as Mew, Skitty, and Glameow. I also like Jirachi and Eevee and his evolved forms. I'd say my ultimate favorite is Mew though.

I started watching Seasons 7-9, due to how much I like May. This is true although I grew up with Misty for the most part. Anyways, I thought about starting from the beginning, but we are talking about like 700-800 episodes, so I will probably watch episodes I haven't seen and start from there.

My favorite movies are the first one, of course, and also the 2nd (2000) one and 6th-Jirachi Wish Maker.

I am in my twenties, but I have no shame! Lol. I plan on keeping my Gameboy games until they wear out, and sometime in the future I will probably try out the B&W and D&P versions.

I am excited to be back! :bounce:
 
Hi,AnimeKitty, welcome back to BMGf :) I dont think I'd be able to watch the whole Pokemon Anime either lol xD I dunno if I have a favorite Pokemon movie, maybe Pokemon The Movie 2000, I liked that one, Lugia and it encouraged me to buy my first Pokemon game, Silver Version. I wish I could play that game again, maybe I'll try replacing the battery and replaying it sometime. BW is really good, so I recommend them and D/P is also good.

I love the anime. While I prefer the earlier seasons, I still think it's great, my favorite movie has to be Pokemon The Movie 2000.

Thanks you guys. I loved Pokemon the Movie 2000. I think I pretty much loved the theme "The Power of One", and of course that Ash was able to be a hero (=.

The forums were big before, but I think there's a lot more to navigate through! I'm still trying to find where to post the question, "Are any of you in your mid-twenties and still love the anime?" lol.
 
Welcome to the forums. I did that a few years ago, although I started from episode one. Watched literally hundreds of episodes in the space of about six months until I was caught up with early DP, which was then airing. It takes a while but it's worth doing. It's worth sticking with, the later series aren't as good as the first few in my opinion but everyone has a different opinion about that.
 
We're already super similar! I love the cat-like Pokemon and May was my favorite female protagonist. Makes you a pretty awesome person right away; we'd be great friends, I'm sure. :D Let's all continue loving Pokemon - despite being in our 20s - since it's just such a great franchise.
