I'm not entirely sure that this is the place to post this or how strict these forums are, but I just wanted to write you guys and say what a terrific site you've put together. I played the Pokemon games since Red came out off-and-on, then I had a son and picked up the HG for him and SS for me. I remember why I loved these games so much, and he's a big fan too. What a tremendous resource this site has been, thank you guys so much for what you've done. I can only imagine the time it took to log all these factoids.

As an aside, I know editing is shut down for everybody but staff members, but I found a Lagging Tail today in SS. I noticed that on your Lagging Tail page, it's still listed as "???" on the tooltip for HGSS. So, since you guys have done so ridiculously much for me I figured I'd drop a note to tell you that it's in the cave by Ciandon Town, down-ladder first room, in a pokeball treasure chest.

Somebody probably already knows this or knows how to explain it better, but on the off chance that someone hasn't bothered yet, I wanted to try to contribute and add an inadequate "thanks so much" to the people that run, maintain, and upkeep this site.

now then, id love to check out the Lagging Tail location, but im afraid there is no town named "Ciandon Town" so if you could double check the town name, we can get the information on the page.

ok, "Ciandon Town" is not a real town, but i think you meant "Cianwood City", as the Lagging Tail is found in a cave on nearby Route 47. this information will be added to the page.

Well this certainly makes a change from people whining about stuff not being here. I'm glad you appreciate the site. It seems to justify the long hours we all spend in front of our computer monitors. Maybe you'll join us once public editing resumes?

And thanks for your information, too. It is, after all, the wider community that keeps Bulbapedia going :)
 
I can't agree more, this is the best forum EVER! I hope when I'm older I'll still be 'ere.
 
Oof that's an embarrassing error, sorry. I have no idea where "Ciandon Town" came from, I guess I was not thinking clearly. I'll make it up to you and tell you where the Muscle Band and Focus Sash came from for me in SS (still listed as ??? on page). My mother sent them to me when I deposited some ridiculous amount of money in her banking scheme. I think it was a total of ~80,000.

Again, great site, thanks for all you do.
