Hi, welcome, for a Profile Pic, go to Settings and Edit Profile Picture and paste in the URL for the image or upload it from your computer, then click Save Settings.

You can go to Settings --> Edit Profile Picture --> Upload/add URL --> Save Changes for uploading a Profile Picture
Settings --> Edit Avatar --> Upload/add URL/choose a currently available AV --> Save Changes can be used if you want to choose an Avatar as well as uploading a Profile Picture.
