Hello everyone. My name is Crystal and my experience with Pokemon started when I drew Pikachu in art class in fourth grade, which essentially brought Pokemon to my school. I beat all the games up to Crystal, and then stopped for whatever reason. I recently beat Sapphire and am now working on Diamond, so that I can try out gens III and IV. I have over 2000 different Pokemon cards of the first 251 Pokemon in several languages (including English, Japanese, German, etc.) but none after that.

I like to use Bulbapedia, which is really why I'm here. I'd like to help out where I can. I hope this will be a fun community to be in as well.

Haha, I should post pictures of them sometime. It's quite an impressive collection, but I think the cards were bigger in Europe than they were in America... Everywhere you went they had sales and trades.

You know I had around 2000+ cards too at the peak of my collection but then I threw them away during the period where we moved house and I had fallen out of love with Pokemon. Oh how I regret that decision.

when i was little, in third or fourth grade...i wrote (or rather, made a cool title page for and gave up on) a little story titled 'crystal shards'. it's stupid to me now, but back then i thought it was the most hardcore thing ever.

aaanyway, welcome to bulbagarden! i'm kind of new here, too, but i've fit in here. i'm sure you will as well! c:
