If you're like me, you want to start EV training the Pokemon you're serious about using as soon as you can. Since there doesn't seem to be any efficient/accurate lists on EV training in HG/SS yet, I decided to make one.
So far, this is what I've found most efficient for me at this point in the game:
Attack: Ekans and Bellsprout, route 32. +1 each.
Special Attack: Gastly, Sprout Tower (night only) +1 each.
Defense: Geodude, +1 and Graveler, +2 each, Dark Cave
Sp. Def: Tentacool, pretty much anywhere you can surf, +1 each.
I've only got my 4th badge so far, as I've been in no hurry to complete the game. Taking my time to "savor the flavor," so to speak. xD
Anyway, I'll add more to this list as I progress. If there's any other spots/Pokemon you've found useful, any questions, comments, anything you want to post in general--feel free to add it!
