HGSS Kanto Region

I was wondering if anyone would know if the Kanto badges will be recorded in this game unlike the the originals
Getting the Kanto badges in the originals would mean nothing and you can do it in any order and their is no proof that you have them unless you go talk to the gym leader and he/she doesn't want to battle.

Also I was wondering if they were gonna add RED to this game also.
