Hi, could someone suggest improvements to my team?

Hi,

I'm new to competitive battling, and to these boards, so if there's specific rules on where to post "Rate My Team" threads that I've somehow missed, then I'm sorry to have posted it here. Anyhow, here's the team that I biult, and I was wondering how you thought I could improve it. It's a netbattle team, so training isn't an issue. Anyhow, here goes:

Breloom
-Holds Leftovers
- Hasty nature, with EV in Attack and Speed
Moves:
- Spore
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Dynamicpunch

Too many fighting moves? But then, they are different enough in the circumstances in which they are used to perhaps justify them, and there aren't many non-grass/fighting moves he can learn. Not sure about this one.

Aerodactyl
- Leftovers
- Adamant, Rock Head, EVs in Attack and Speed
Moves
- DoubleEdge
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Hidden Power (Flying)

I was considering a choice band... but that seems common, and I imagine it'll be prepared for.

Gengar
- Leftovers
- Mild; EVs in Special Attack and Speed

Moves
-Explosion
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Punch
-Psychic

As much because I love Gengar as because he can be quite versatile.

Salamence
-Leftovers
-Naughty; Evs in HP and Attack
Moves
- Rock Slide
- Hidden Power: Flying
- Earthquake
- Brick Break

Well, quite a few types can be hurt here, and Salamence, with 404 attack, can deal plenty of damage.

Octillery
- Leftovers
- Modest; EVs in Special Attack and HP
Moves:
-Fire Blast
-Ice Beam
-Psychic
-Surf

Yeah, Fire Blast on a water type is pretty weird, but at the moment it's the only member of my team that can deal fire damage.

Blissey
Leftovers; Modest; HP and Defense for EV distribution.
Moves:
- Hidden Power: Grass
- Toxic
- Heal Bell
- Softboiled

So, where can I improve things?
