Obsolete Hidden Gems

Reading all the posts in the http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/f415/if...hed-cancelled-tv-show-one-last-season-170599/ thread reminded me of a film I wanted to recommend to everyone who posted there about Young Justice & Teen Titans.

It's called Gen¹³

The film is based on a comic book series by Wildstorm Productions & is along the lines of X-Men: First Class, but it received a very limited release due to boring & complicated reasons (which you can read about on Wikipedia). If you can find it, it's well worth a watch.

So, that's my first hidden gem, but I'm bound to think of others.

[I Started A Cult]

Khonnor. Look him up. He's one of the best electronica musicians I've ever heard (and most of his stuff can be legally downloaded for free). His music is at once so many things in so many respects and never suffers for it in the least.

I also feel compelled to mention Scissor Shock, if only so the world doesn't forget him. He was one of my high-school heroes--we even exchanged correspondence every once in a while. He was an avant-gardist whose style incorporated whatever was on his mind at the time. He passed on about a year ago--didn't even live to see thirty.
