Pokémon Masters EX is putting a spotlight on Sync Pairs from Unova with the new Nature Incarnate Solo Event, along with a Triple Feature Variety Scout featuring the three Sync Pairs making their debut in the event.

Variety Scouts
Hilbert, Hilda, and N are debuting new Variety Sync Pairs today in this latest set of Variety Scouts, together with new sync partners Thundurus, Tornadus, and Landorus. The Triple Feature Variety Scout and Variety Tiered Scout will run through to September 22nd, at 10:59pm (PDT), while the associated Variety Guarenteed Ticket Scout will continue until September 29th, at 10:59pm (PDT).

5★ Hilbert & Thundurus, 5★ Hilda & Tornadus, and 5★ N & Landorus are each being released with an expanded sync grid, the ability to be raised to 6★ EX, and the ability to unlock a EX Role when raised to 6★ EX. These sync pairs use the same costumes as those from their regular sync pairs with Oshawott/Dewott/Samurott, Tepig/Pignite/Emboar, and Zekrom respectively, and do not have EX Styles when raised to 6★ EX, nor their own individual sync pair stories (unless you count the story content from the new Nature Incarnate Solo Event).

As normal for Variety Scouts, 5★ sync pairs have a 7% chance of appearing in these scouts.

The Triple Feature Variety Scout includes a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for ×100 paid gems. This daily discount can be used once per day during the entire length of the scout. The first three times players perform a Sync Pair Scout ×11 for this scout, they will also receive the following bonus presents:
  • 1st-3rd Scouts: Move Candy Coin ×1
The Variety Tiered Scout has five tiers, each of which is a Sync Pair Scout ×11. Players are able to scout once on each tier by using Paid Gems, with the amount of gems increasing with each tier. Additionally, Tiers 5 grants the player an additional in-game reward.
  • Tier 1: 1,000 Paid Gems
  • Tier 2: 1,500 Paid Gems
  • Tier 3: 2,000 Paid Gems
  • Tier 4: 2,500 Paid Gems
  • Tier 5: 3,000 Paid Gems - Variety Guaranteed Scout Ticket
The Variety Guaranteed Scout Ticket, as the name suggests, can be used in the Variety Featured Ticket Scout to randomly team up with either 5★ Hilbert & Thundurus, 5★ Hilda & Tornadus, or 5★ N & Landorus.

Solo Event: Nature Incarnate

This new event, which focuses on Sync Pairs with the Unova Theme Skill, will be running through to September 22nd, at 10:59pm (PDT).

This is the first Solo Event to follow the simplified event format, where players will collect Event Points as they complete battles, earning rewards based on the total amount of event points acquired instead of trading for specific desired rewards. Players will need to collect a total of 10,000 Event Points for this event in order to receive all possible rewards. Featured event rewards include 5★ Scout Tickets, Skill Items, Field and Strike Move Candy Coins, 5★ Power-Ups, and Event Medals. Other rewards able to be obtained include Custom Sync Orbs for Hilbert & Thundurus, Hilda & Tornadus, and N & Landorus.

As usual for events of this type, players will have an increased chance of receiving bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. The applicable Sync Pairs and reward rates are as follows:
These bonuses stack additively, so having a team consisting of Hilbert & Thundurus, Hilda & Tornadus, and N & Landorus, would grant a combined +180% (×2.8) rewards.

Please note that unlike most past Solo Events, there will be no stat bonuses when completing event battles for Sync Pairs with the featured Theme Skill.

Players should also note the following when playing this event:
  • The number of plays available for Daily Extreme Battle 1 are reset every day at 11:00pm (PDT).
  • To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
  • The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
  • All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
  • All Event Points collected during this event will be automatically deleted once the event is over.
