Well, juding by the size of it and the look. I say it may be the Saffron, Goldenrod, or Jubilife of the Isshu region.

The city looks huge though, and judging from what we've seen of it, it might be the first REAL city in the series. Most of the other cities like goldenrod are just a few tall buildings here and there in the middle of a forest.
 
No need to discuss something we know NOTHING about.
