Hmm I found this Manaphy Tamagotchi...

Hey everyone! I found this really cool looking Pokemon Manaphy Tamagotchi. I'm not sure what it does but I'd be real curious to find someone out there who would translate it. arty:

Thats pretty damn cool much better than a regular Tamagotchi. Don't know what it says though.

I know right? It looks like it's going to be somewhat compatible with Nintendo DS. I hope it's also an alternative to getting Manaphy. Like you raise it after a while you can transfer to your Pokemon Pearl or Diamond. It would be rad if you can send it back and forth from your game to the Tamagotchi.

One would think that the graphics would be *better* than the Pokemon Pikachu 2, but nope. It's not even in color!

Uhm. It's not compatible with the DS, but with Tomy's Capture Styler toy. Apparently the Manaphy Egg (that's actually what it's called) will give you a password for use on the Capture Styler, likely just to open some 'catch Manaphy!' mission or somesuch.

(the Capture Styler toy, by the way, is actually used somewhat like they are in-game, except it's motion-based 'gameplay' or something along those lines. It's ridiculous, but adorable 8D)

Let's see, um. Apparently you play some minigame-like things with Manaphy? In the form of a sort of 'adventure'. Team Rocket shows up (lol what), as well as Jackie and Phantom from the movie. 8D And you can apparently meet other Pokemon along the way, or find berries, or some other stuff. It looks really cute, actually.

Very interesting find. Brings me back to the older days... "older"... Ehh...

Anyway, I'm glad it keeps the old 8-bit feel. I couldn't imagine a Tamagotchi-related game that would be in color and better bit format... Just wouldn't work. No, I prefer it the way it is. Probably has those same similar, slow-framed graphics, too. XD Great stuff.

Intruiging enough; would be interesting taking care of a virtual Manaphy "pet"...
