We would like to remind you of your luck to be chosen to come here for the Worldwide Festival. Only the best trainers of all Regions are invited. As you exit you will be given a pamphlet detailing the Facilities of the Battle Frontier and information about the Worldwide Festival Battle Tournament. Thank you for sailing with us today and good luck to all trainers."
You approach the exit of the S.S Worldsailer after being on it for hours, stopping in Regions on your way. A man is there with a leaflet.
"Thank you for sailing with us." He said as he passes it to you.
You step outside of the ship and the cold, salty dock air hits you right in the face, but it calms you. There is a bench nearby, you sit on it and read the leaflet.
The Battle Frontier Worldwide Festival Entrant's Guide.
The Battle Frontier Basics
The Battle Frontier, located at the Northeast of Hoenn is an island only for the strongest trainers. Facilities here can easily be transported between Battle Frontiers in other parts of the World. There are Six specially imported and selected Facilities for the Worldwide Festival. In Facilities, after defeating a few trainers, one can face a Frontier Brain and, if defeated, obtain one of four "Discs". These are uploaded to your Frontier Record (Which will be given to you upon entry). Those with all 4 discs will move on to the finals in The Battle Dome. You only have a week to obtain these discs so do the best you can.
The Worldwide Festival
The Worldwide Festival is where the best Trainers from all over the world are called to take part in the largest tournament ever founded. Six Facilities have been specially selected to come to the Hoenn Frontier for the Tournament. The Six Facilities and their rules are:
The Battle Park
Exported from a far foreign Battle Frontier, The Battle Park is a place where trainers can relax, play with their Pokémon and train against other trainers. No specific rules apply.
The Battle Factory
Exported from Johto's Battle Frontier, The Battle Factory makes Trainers work out new strategies by being given a choice from 3 of 6 Random Pokémon fully trained with items. After defeating 6 Trainers here one can face the Frontier Brain, Thornton and obtain the Brain Disc. Only 3 Pokémon may be used in this facility. 6 Random Pokémon will be presented for you to choose from instead of your own to use.
The Battle Tower
Home in Hoenn, The Battle Tower consists of Regular Battles using 3 of your own Pokémon. After defeating 5 Trainers you can face the Frontier Brain, Palmer, who, if defeated, will give you the Tactic Disc. You will choose 3 of your own 6 Pokémon to battle here.
The Battle Stage
The Battle Stage from Sinnoh's Battle Frontier focuses on you using one Pokémon to battle 5 Trainers. If they are all defeated, The Stage Star Deliah will be battled. If she is defeated, you will obtain the Independence Disc. Only one of your Six Pokémon can be used here.
The Battle Ring
From another foreign Frontier, The Battle Ring is where Trainers Battle using only 2 Pokémon at the same time. If 3 Trainers are beat, the Frontier Brain Crush will be battled. Defeating him will give you the Team Power Disc. You can only use 2 Pokémon of your Six and at the same time, too.
The Battle Dome
After a week, the Finals will be held here. Only Trainers with all 4 Discs can compete. Each Trainer will battle another with 4 Pokémon in a Tourney Style. The two trainers to reach the SemiFinal will battle 6 on 6 and the winner then will go to the Final Match verses the Frontier Brain, Red. If the Trainer defeats the standing World Champion, they receive his title and win ownership of the Battle Frontier in Hoenn.

"Oh?" The Woman says. "Would you like to see an example? You can set it out like that. Here, this is the one from the first Trainer signed in today!" She hands you a piece of paper with an example of a Sign-Up on.

Age: 14

Appearance: Luke is an average sized 14 year old. He wears slightly thick, Square glasses and has long, slightly messy, black hair. He wears a casual black hoodie and blue denim jeans. He wears a shoulder-strap laptop bag in which he stores his items and Pokéballs. He has 2 different coloured eyes, one being brown and the other being green. He wears a Pocket Watch just like the one in FullMetal Alchemist to show his fandom for it.
Personality: Luke is a peppy trainer who loves to battle, but can be upset easily. He is not very enthusiastic at first but if he does something, he'll end up enjoying it. Luke loves his Pokémon as if they were family and tries to treat them as best as possible, he achieves this by making food for them and playing with them often.
History: Luke grew up in a faraway region and adventured there when he became 10. 2 years later he left behind all his Pokémon from that region and went to the Kanto region to adventure, that lasted 1 year. During his time in Kanto, Luke got in the middle of a plot by Team Rocket and worked with a shady character to defeat them. After his adventure in Kanto, Luke traveled to Johto, Luke swept through Johto quickly and was in Isshu after 2 months. The trainers and GYMs in Isshu were too tough for Luke so after a month he went to Sinnoh with only 2 Pokémon. After spending 3 months in Sinnoh, Luke spent the rest of his time (18 months) in Hoenn with 3 Pokémon. This is the Region in which he founded the team he would test for going to Isshu again.

History: When Luke first arrived in Kanto, he was given a Bulbasaur by Professor Oak. This Bulbasaur was very ignorant of Luke at first but when him evolved into Ivysaur, he warmed up to him. Ivysaur was part of Luke's team when he went up against Team Rocket. When battling Giovanni alongside the shady character, Ivysaur evolved into Venusaur and finished the job.

Moveset: Sucker Punch, Slam, U-Turn, Aqua Tail
History: Luke didn't chose a Starter in Johto. However, he rescued a Sentret from a pack of wild Spearow and it warmed up to him immediately. It was Winter when Luke adventured Johto and Furret often acted as a scarf for him of her own will. As Luke later discovered after studying Pokémon, Furret had a crush on Luke. Luke thought it was cute and vowed that she would never leave his team.

History: When training on Iron Island, a rock slide was triggered by a clumsy trainer. Luke heard cries from inside the cave and rescued a Riolu. The Riolu then went on it's own. A few months later, Luke was being threatened by a Pokémon Thief, but he was knocked out by the same Riolu. Luke then found out that Riolu had been following him. He happily accepted Riolu onto his team. Riolu evolved into Lucario not too soon afterward.

History: Luke found a lost Tropius that was lost in very tall grass and helped it find it's way out. It was faithful to Luke ever since.

History: Outside Snowpoint City, Luke found an Eevee that had an extremely cold temperature. He immediatley took it to the rest house and after a week it recovered. It then warmed up (Heheh) to Luke and ran off. Luke followed it and it touched a rock, then evolved into Glaceon.

Moveset: Flamethrower, Draco Meteor, Earthquake, Iron Tail
History: Luke fainted in a desert and woke up in a cave. He saw that a Trapinch had saved him. Luke then asked Trapinch to be on his team. When it finally became a Flygon, Luke finished his team and set for the Battle Frontier.
RP Sample:
Luke walked slowly through the sunny Route 29. The air smelled fresh and slightly sweet and the wind blew by lightly. The silence of the cheery path was disturbed by a sudden cry not too far off. Luke immediately turned his head to the direction the cry came from and ran to it. He then saw a Sentret huddled up surrounded by a circle of Spearow. Luke reached immediately for his bag and pulled out a Pokéball, throwing it to the ground.
"Nidorino! Come on out!" He said as it left the grip of his hand.
Out came a dazzling pink Pokémon with a small horn, Nidorino.
"Nidorino, use Horn Attack on the Spearow, but be sure not to hurt that Sentret!"
Nidorino nodded and his horn glowed white, it grew slightly. Nidorino ran towards the Spearow and got a direct hit on one. The others flew off in fear. Luke returned Nidorino to his Pokéball and ran to the Sentret. As it's side, he knelled down and stroked it gently.
"It's okay, little guy! I'm here to help you." He said softly, smiling.
The Sentret slowly stood onto it's tail and hugged Luke. It then jumped onto it's feet and pointed at his bag.
"Do you want to?" Luke asked, thinking the Sentret wanted to join his team.
"Tret! Tret!" The Sentret replied, jumping up and down.
Luke pulled out another Pokéball and withdrew Sentret to it. He continued walking to Cherrygrove City, looking at the Pokéball containing his newest addition and smiled, then looked up and started running, ready for another adventure.
You filled out yours and give it in. The woman types into a computer and hands you a little device.
"Here!" She says. "It's your Frontier Record. You can keep track of your Profile and Discs on it!"
You thank her and move on, seeing the most crowded island ever possible.
So, you've seen your introduction. Now for some ground rules.
Rules
1. Obey all regular RP and Bulbagarden Rules.
2. Don't cuss. The only cuss word you can use is "Damn" but not in use of "Damn You."
3. Use correct grammar and spelling, checking all Typos before posting.
4. No smilies in your posts unless it's in the discussion.
5. You know what's appropriate, so keep it clean.
6. I've decided to limit 2 players to own 2 characters to keep from confusion. These 2 Players are yuukifan001 and Little Dragoness.
7. Your Pokémon may evolve, however, you must remember that the Worldwide Festival is for the strongest Trainers around the world, so be sure to make these as of yet unevolved Pokémon like Ash's Pikachu for example and please evolve them not so soon after the RP starts.
8. Make no moveset changes. Decide on a final moveset when registering.
9. Once you register, you have 3 days to make any minor edits and add missing information to your profile, otherwise, your signup will be rejected.
10. When reserving a spot please have your complete profile up within 2 days otherwise your signup will be rejected.
11. Your Pokémon may have nicknames, but please only use them in The Battle Park thread (which will be requested and written soon) and use the Pokémon's real names in the RP Thread. If 2 characters have the same Pokémon in battle, specify who's it is that is doing something like this (for example):
Luke's Lucario put his hands to his waist and loaded up an Aura Sphere, at the same time, Yuuki's Lucario took and step back so that she could prepare to run in for a Force Palm.
