I noticed it a minute ago, too, when I saw that the "Release Date Sep 26, 2006" line under each Diamond and Pearl was removed from the My Order page o.o
 
Mine says preparing order...and it will ship before the 28th...so ethier tomorrow or Wednsday?

If you guys wait till the localized copies i'm sure Toys R Us will have a deal like they did last time where I got BOTH for like 45 bucks. Whatever though guys we're trading when it comes time ;p

I did. I've had it set to email me updates regarding the game, and managed to pre-order it when pre-orders first opened, if not soon after. I've done the same with the Pokemon D/P DS Lite, and intend to order one as soon as orders open.
 
The cost from the Daisuke Club is 16,400 Yen. Or something around that. I can't remember the exact figure but it's on the official site. The cost is no issue though. I made sure I had $400 at least, aside for it. It's just so awesome that I have to have one. >.<;

Whether or not I go through with the purchase is another question considering how often I get cold feet when making major purchases!

The mark-up on these items are going to be extreme. I do not think it will be possible [or even wise] to order it in bulk, indeed, I imagine they might have to even dispatch staff to Pokémon Centers to obtain the stock, considering the fact that these are, supposedly, PC-exclusive items.
