How does he magically pop up every?! Seriously, I thought the photography add-on the HGSS was great, but why does it have to be the same guy taking photos of me everywhere?!

It's either that he enjoys stalking little boys and girls or hes got thousands of clones scouting around Johto to find adventurers to take photos of.
