Yeah,so lets face it.There are a lot of non features we all might have wanted.Maybe a different gym or something else.

For me,these are things i have wanted to see ever since i played Pokemon
One thing that i would like is to have your rival be from the villainous team,getting a starter good against your starter from his/her "Boss"And you see him/her whenever you encounter the team,and eventually he/she quits the team to help you take it down.
 
Megas for Johto starters, Mega Blastoise and Venusaur Z (no Charizard, he already has two Megas!), Mega Swampert/Sceptile, Megas for some Unova Pokemon.

More of the Kalos region, or a new region that's been hinted at.

Hopefully there are more Pokemon, like the other half of the dex.

A new villain team, the one that was hinted at to come before Team Flare.
 
The return of contests or something like it is what I'd want. You'd think in the region of beauty, with a character who aspires to make a dance team, and berry planting coming back it would be the right time to reintroduce them.
 
Secret Bases. Just... Secret Bases.

Secret Bases and record mixing is all I want. Then I'll be happy.

Seriously... why don't we have Secret Bases anymore?!?
 
So many things from previous games I miss too, like contests.. It was a pain but at the same time so much fun xD.
*A dark gym (for Arceus' sake..! It's time already..)
*More megas (For all regions' starters and more 5th gen megas (cinncinite maybe?, haha.. Who am I kidding? There's a 0% chance)
*More post game, this gen had none at all and that really dissapointed me.
*A more challenging villanous team with a better background story.

The list can continue but it'll be too long..
 
Fly to take only one turn in Sky Battles

A bike race in Cyllage City, biweekly at least, several laps. You get a prize depending on how you finish. Or perhaps a tournament, and the last opponent you face is Grant. And why not time keeping like in Hoenn? I liked trying to beat my best time.

To have access to, and or race in, the Rhyhorn Track on Route 22. Again with prizes distributed.
 
I'd like to see them change HM's so that as long as you have them, a monster that can use them, and the correct badge, you can use them in the field without wasting a move slot to teach them.

I don't think that'll ever happen, but it'd be really nice.

I'm sure there are other things I'd like to see because I've thought of them while playing, but off hand I can't recall them...might come back and add more later.

(And what is the deal with that race track? It wouldn't be there for no good reason, maybe they will release something for it later as an event?)

Yup, but it's just 5 missions and are not that hard, I mean.. I'd totally like to have post game based off several mysteries around Kalos. Well, now that I think 'bout it.. The ghost, statue and some more things give a hint there'll be more post game stuff xD.

.. Heh, races doesn't sound bad at all, now that we can ride on pokémon.. That'd be awesome! <3

You know, I can't help but have a feeling they aren't done with this game yet. Seeing as Blaziken and only Blaziken got a mega-evolution amongst the 3rd generation starters, maybe they'll add more later on. They've already proven that they can patch the game with that Lumious saving bug. Whose to say that DLC isn't an option they're considering? Heck, I'd buy it if was good enough.

Of course, this is just wild speculation on my part, but you do have a point White Crow. This game seems to have very little post game options, which is kind of a let-down compared to HeartGold/SoulSilver and Black/White. It just seems to me like they could possibly add things in the future.

But I'm going a little off-topic here. I'm going to go back on-topic and just say SECRET BASES again, because seriously, I really want secret bases back they were so cool.
 
They should make a sequel on the Wii U, which uses the pokemon from your x or y cartridge hooked up via an accessory, to battle in various tournaments, a gym leader castle, or just battle your friends on the big screen. they could make the battles more intense by making attacks fire before revealing whether it hit or not. there could also be mini games to muck around with. there could also be an ability to trade pokemon between 2 cartridges if you bought both games but only have 1 3ds and noone else available to trade evolve with. therey could also let you teach your pikachu surf if you did something difficult with it in your team. oh and pokedex 3d pro style hd textures with realistic attack animations and blastoise could fire 2 hydropump streams from its cannons.

They could call it Pokemon Stadium U

What you just suggested is what is essentially the plot of BW/BW2.
 
Echoing what others have said, more post-game stuff. Especially more high-level Pokemon to battle, so I don't have to keep challenging the Elite Four over and over again.

More Eeveeloutions, especially the oft-asked for Dragon Type Eevee.

I wish there was a way to show other players your Pokemon, to get them in their own Pokedex without trading them and thus resetting their affection rating.

And, while I loved the trainer customization this time around, I kinda wish there was a way to customize the rival too.
 
I'd really want to see the rivals get somewhere with their goals. Maybe Trevor helps you find a legend so he can see it for his Pokedex, and Tierno does live dance shows.
 
If the 'Sequel/Third Gen' has new Pokemon, I want split evos for Quilladin, Braixen and Frogadier, to make things more exciting.

And I'm butthurt over no Fairy Fennekin ;_;
 
I want that new region that Backpacker mentioned several times. With all new Pokémon. Then they release some DLC for X and Y which makes the Pokémon available for trade in X and Y too.
