Have you ever noticed that before and after the new voice actors that Pokemon have different voices. For example, Misty's Politode had a deep voice but in one episode where they got swiched up, the other politode sounded like a high picthed kerrmit. And after the voice actors, the bidoofs sounded different. One high pitch and one very forceful sounded.

Is this with all pokemon or some?

Sometimes when the same species are represented, they have different pitches like in "Faced with Steelix Determination" for the Bidoof you mentioned. I don't think VAs have a precise model for each Pokémon voice, so they just say the name in different voices.

Well, they are different Pokemon, so just like different people have different voices, so do different Pokemon.
At least, that's how what I think.

Lots of Pokemon have different sounding voices.

Lots also use stock voices. Every Psyduck we've seen in the show sounds exactly like Misty's.

Marina's (the Orange Island Marina) Psyduck had a deeper voice than Misty's. Generally, unless it's a main character's Pokemon comparing against another Pokemon of the same species, all Pokemon of a species are going to sound the same.

No. In Like it or Lup it, alll three ludicolos sounded just like brocks.

Now this makes me wonder how Gardina's Roserade will sound, next to Forsynthia's.
