I know johto is left of kanto (or viceversa)
Where is hoen sinoh and the orange islands?

Just a basic description would be nice I thought there was one on the wiki but I can't find it.

Thanks a bunch.

Well, the Orange Islands are quite neat Kanto.

I think the Orange Islands are south of Kanto. Hoenn is southwest of Johto, and Sinnoh is northeast-ish of Kanto/Johto.

Well, I know that Kanto is east from johto, and that Sinnoh lies on the south part of the earth (dunno how it's called in English, something with capricorn?) because there's snow in twinleaf town, which isn't in the cities north from there, meaning that's it's more near the southpole then to the northpole. Snowpoint city's only cold because it's on a mountain, I mean look, they battle area is pretty tropical. Hoenn lies probably closer to the northpole, with the meteor falls and that ice cave seeming pretty cold while dewford seems really tropical. Yet it is a warm region (like everyone says, and there's lot's of sea) so that's near the equator. Orre lies somewhere near the equator too (is that the right word?) because of all the deserts. Also Fiore and Almia lie next to each other, or at least really close to each other (as shown in the second ranger game). Almia and Fiore both have cold regions to the north however, so they're also probably on the north part of the world.

So basically
the world looks like this
.___________. <-north pole
.................
.Fiore+Almia?
....Hoenn.....
|....Orre........| <-equator
.................
....Sinnoh....
.................
.-------------. <- south pole

with kanto, jotho, the sevii islands and fiore + almia being somewhere too.

From Bulbapedia:

The Kanto region (Japanese: カントー地方 Kantō-chihō) is a large area located east of Johto, north of Hoenn, and south of Sinnoh.

Fiore (Japanese: フィオレ Fiore) is the setting for the Pokémon Ranger videogame. Its name is Italian for "flower". It may be somewhat close to the Sinnoh region, since it was stated in-game that Sinnoh was the closest region to send the Manaphy Egg during the Manaphy event.

Nothing is known about the locations of Almia and Orre in relation to the main game regions.

so its

sinoh
--------
johto/kanto
------------
hoen

with the orange islands inbetween johto/kanto and hoen?

Alright

Why did I think they were both south of kant/johto?

Why don't they just make a decent map? apathetic pokemon people:XD:

I think there was a map... The Sevii Islands are north of Orange also.

wasn't that only in the way of their respective real life Japan parts?
