How are you going to get ready for SM?

In other words, how are you going to hype yourself up in the final days leading up to SM? This could be anything from re-watching certain episodes and movies to even re-playing certain video games.

I plan on re-watching all of Ash's Kalos Gym Battles as well as Movie 17 and Movie 18.
 
I'll be checking the staff lists released in magazines each month to see who will be working on which episode, like I always do.
 
Frankly, I'm not going to hype myself up and keep a more sceptical approach, since I don't find anything hype-worthy. I'll simply go with the assumption that the new series will a disaster.

If it will end up good, I will be (pleasantly) surprised. If it will end up bad, at least my hopes won't be crushed (for the umpteenth time).
 
By pretending this series is an alternate shipping future starring Ash's son, and you never see Ash Ketchum at all.
 
At this point, I'm planning on doing my best to go into the new series with as few expectations as possible.
If it turns out to be a pretty good series or a really good series, I'll be very happy.
If it turns out to be a train wreck, I'll turn the tv off, call it a day, and bide my time until the next series comes out.

That's pretty much how I'm going to go into the Sun and Moon animé as well. I have already resigned myself to knowing that it will be separate from the games and that I should not let how good the games turn out to be have any bearing on how the animé will turn out. I hope that it will turn out to be better than I expect, but I am ready for it to not be as great as well. I will be keeping track of its ratings once it starts airing, though, since that could give us some insight to how well it is being received.
 
I just gonna give the series at least ten episodes before judging. That is more than fair in my opinion. I still sour about how Kalos turned out and Ash's art design in SM does not help.
