How can Togekiss use Focus Punch/brick break?

While, trying to find a good moveset for my soon to be Togekiss (he's already a Togekiss now) I noticed something odd. Togekiss can learn Focus Punch and Brick break.

I don't understand it. Yes, while its true Togetic actually has arms Togekiss doesn't (atleast to my knowledge), instead it has wings. So, how is it possible that this Pokemon can actually use these two moves without arms?
 
Another odd one is how Eevee gets Bite, but Jolteon doesn't. But it gets Thunder Fang. Or why Aruseus is the only Pokemon that really makes sense. The only attacks it can't get are ones that require arms.

Yet it says it has 1000 arms.
 
Dont forget Wooper.

It can learn Ice Punch, yet doesnt have Arms
 
Kinda like how that guy on Jubilife News goes around to see what hold items pokemon have and always gets scratched by them. Half the things he gets scratched by have nothing to scratch him with, unless he's just THAT unlucky.

Lies! Those big ear shaped things on it's head are eyes! I actually made this mistake on a different Pokemon, well two due to the small sprites. One was Armaldo and it's pre evo where I thought it's eyes were ears, and the red things were eyes. The second was Torterra where I thought that it had no eyes and the eyes were ears. I would have included Masquerain but it's wing design is supposed to fool stupid creatures.

Jolteon's mouth gets too electrified. As for Arceus, it's arms broke off when making the universe. Anyways the mythical creature that wikipedia compared him with made sense considering the legends about him you find ingame(like the universe being an egg)
 
Obviously, Togekiss punches with its head.

Or possibly with its feet. Or its wings?
 
brick break is probably done with feet focus punch hmm... well probably with its ear or foot or wings
 
They have feet, their just always underground because their too self-concious about them, and when they do use them, they move too fast for anyone to see.
 
Well Togekiss can do Metronome, which near enough covers nearly all the moves under the sun. Maybe it summons a fist from nowhere and punches you with it. We don't have to question it's metronomey powers.
