It's clear how humans got on to regular earth. But when it comes to Pokéarth, nothing concrete has been laid down.

So how do you think humans came to exist in the Pokémon World?

I'm gonna go by the Sinnoh legends as it's the only real eplaination that we get... so humans in Poke Earth evolved from Pokemon just as we evolved from apes in real life so Mew is litterally Pokemon Version of Adam and Eve and Arceus created her like god created Adam in Genisis.

^^ Well, that's what I think. But I know several people that insist normal evolution and Pokémon-styled evolution can't co-exist. To them I say:

It can. It starts as mutation.

I am one of those people. I don't think mutation exists in the pokemon universe either. I believe Arceus created all pokemon and also created humans seperately. He also created Pokemon-style evolution.

Arceus did not create all Pokémon. It said that Mew has the original gene of every Pokémon on that planet. Mankind is an evolution form for some Pokémon species millions of years ago. That's what I believe.

If humans evolved from pokemon then why can't they use attacks/moves or be captured in pokeballs?

I said it then, and I'll say it now.

^^ That's like asking why we don't give off seeds at regular intervals, even though we share a good part of our DNA with certain plants. Human brains are differently developed, but that doesn't mean we don't have a common ancestor.

I'm sure Alakazam or Slowking and Pokémon like that are smarter than humans, but the reason they can use Psychic and we can't is because our brains are wired differently. That's what separates us from the Pokémon. This split wasn't always here, but it developed and it's never changing back. We still have that common link and we probably have similar DNA sequences, but we are distinctly different things that stopped being Pokémon a long time ago.

In short: we evolved.

I think...

As far as I'm concerned, the Pokémon world is like our world, only with Pokémon. So, just like the real world. Evolution.

Not really. You cant compare the real world to the pokemon world. Animals don't go through instant evolution in real life, well except for caterpillars into butterflies but that's nothing compared to the pokemon world's version of evolution.

I never said it wasn't. I was stating my own opinion so you don't need to get all defensive about it. This is a forum for debating pokemon issues so you should expect people to agree or disagree with you in certain things. I would have expected someone with over 7000 posts to have known that. I don't mean that in a nasty way.

Pokemon evolution isn't actually evolution it's a meteomorhpesis like how catipilars grow up to be butterflys. Evolution was choosen becausre it sounds better real time evolution can explain why Pokemon like Meowth and the other cats exist... Plus all the bird Pokemon apperently desended from Archen hence his name the first bird pokemon... and he could;t fly until he evolved into Archeops...

Because, over time, humans developed technology, such as computers, Poké balls, and ultimately civilizations. It's like us. Humans have terrible senses and skills compared to other animals. The only thing we have going for us is our intellect, and technology, which is why we dropped most of our skills.

You use a Extremely Dubious Disc on a Porygon-Z and you get a human :D sorry for the lamest answer ever...

In all seriousness, humanity probably makes no sense in the Pokémon World. Just like Pokémon Food. And I'm OK with it XD;

Indeed. Arceus creating pokemon and then humans all seperately is the only logical explanation I can think of. As for food, well that's another topic entirely.
