The title explains it all.

I myself found this when I was reporting a supposed problem with the usergroups. It wasn't a problem at all, but I ended up staying, and finding out what these forums really had to offer.

You?

Looking up random facts on Pokemon, found Bulbapedia. Eventually clicked on the forums to see how it was, saw it was 9001x better than SPPf.

I had joined Bulbapedia after I got tired of Wikipedia and their nonsense. I posted a theory once on one of the talk pages, and was directed here. Been here since.

I had Bulbanews on my iGoogle account, and went there for the news stories. Eventually, I found the forums, and read their topics on a daily basis for a few months. After those few months, I decided to join here. And I'm glad I did.

I had joined the Archives because some of the sprites really bugged me and I thought I could do better, so I thought, why not join the forums. So I did.

I was looking for fanfictions based on Morty to see if there were any good ones. I came across Blackjack Gabbiani's (who's now known as Iron Masked Marauder on here) work on here. After reading her stuff, I started to lurk the forums -- mainly the Artist's Alcove and Writer's Workshop (kind of like how I do today!). A few months went by and I signed up and contributed my own stuff to see who was interested.

I knew there was a Zelda wiki already. Once I got into Pokemon, I assumed there would be a Pokemon wiki as well.

Found that. After a month, I found out they had a forum so now I am replying in this topic, sir.

I was chatting to my friend on MSN once about the games, and she went on google to look up something and that took her to Bulbapedia. Then she sent me the link and then I eventually wandered the site, got lost, then stumbled across the forums. In which I lurked for about a week or so. Then I joined! :p

Looking up Serebii on Google, and it somehow had Bulbapedia in the first page. Then saw "forums" and checked it out.

^^^Wow, that's funny. Serebii got owned by Bulba...
...regardless, Serebii is a database for sprites I have not seen on Bulbapedia. JUST SAYING, SIR.

Yep, this is similar to my story. Being away from Pokémon for years, I was curious about how the franchise was doing. A Google search brought me to Bulbagarden.

I knew about this site since like 2008 because I was always look up what moves which Pokemon in my party can learn later on in the game. I decided to join the forums because I was bored :/

I think I had been using Bulbapedia for a good few months before I made an account and then I saw this place had forums and made my account the next day.

. . .

I also could never remember what the URL for the forums was called. I always just Googled - Bulbagarden Forums to log in.

I googled secrets, walktroughs, etc. and found Bulbapedia. I made an account there and edited it for a while, but then Bulbanews had the article on the new Trade Center. I went to check it out, and made an account to get some Pokemon. Then I contributed to more around the forums and stayed here.

I made a Bulbapedia account over a year ago, and I eventually joined here when I found it.

I joined for the thread "Shiny Pokemon with the Pokeradar," that thread brought me some memories. <3

I first found this forum back in 2008 while I was reading through Bulbapedia. I lurked for several months and then left for the majority of 2009. I came back to this site late 2009, lurked for a few more months, and then finally decided to make an account.
