How do I find out my FC for trading with people on here?

This is something I'm wondering - how do you know your unique number to pass onto others you want to trade with?
 
go to key items and you should have the pal pad.
go to the last option that says your number on it.

Thank you so much for that - I see you like slaking. Shame I never knew you a few months ago, I had a slaking I was DESPERATE to get rid of.
