how do i ignore someone?

Ive got someone who i want to ignore, but i dont know how to put them on my ignore list.
 
In case you want to know exactly where it is, go to User CP (in that bar at the top), then in Your Control Panel (on the left), under Settings & Options, choose Edit Ignore List.
