as the title says, i want to start an bulbapedia in korean.
What and How should i do??
 
Have you ever run a website before? If you have not, then perhaps you should start with something smaller like that.
 
And of course, read the manual. And take note of the fact that current Bulbapedia affiliates use the CC BY-NC-SA licence.
 
However, of course, we would prefer that Bulbapedia affiliates be self-hosted.
