How do we categorize our blogs?

Topic wise I guess, basically whatever you like, I should think!
 
I meant how do we post them in categories, mine are all under "uncategorized" and I've seen tohers posted in the proper ones.
 
Under the blog control panel there will be a heading on the right called blog categories, you can add them there. My bad for misunderstanding your query.
