how do you get a celebi

Hi im just new so I was wondering how to get a celebi

Celebi can't be caught normally in the games, so these are the only ways in the current generation:

1. The Japanese bonus disc for Pokémon Colosseum.
2. Downloading it from the Journey Across America event.
3. Gameshark

Celebi is also available at this year's PokéPark in Taiwan.

if u have an action replay cheat code device i got the code to get celebi ,lugia, ho-oh, entei,raikou,suicune,mew,deoxys but they will only work for pokemon emerald and ruby and i have one code for leafgreen its to have a shiny jirachi in box 1 slot 30 they all work

If it's like other download services, you just bring your GBA with cartridge inside and it gets downloaded onto it for free.
