How do you guys do it?

I'm a bit stuck on how everyone levels up their pokemon up so fast in games i'm in emerald and still stuck as my highest pokemon is rayquaza at 74. I want to complete battle frontier but my pokemon are too low level... they get owned any ideas? Help appreciated thanks in advance!

Grinding the E4 after EV training in combination with the Experience Share device is probably the way to go. On how to beat the Battle Facilities I would look up threads on the section in Smogon called Ever Grande City, you probably need to page through some of the threads to find some of the suggested teams to beat the different facilities.

Look at the Battle Frontier Section in the walk throughs as well as the two guides dedicated to the area.

Other than that I am not sure what other brief advice I can give other that all your pokémon should be lvl 100, EV trained and equipped with Left Overs or certain Berries.

You should only grind the elite four after you have EV trained completely otherwise you will get strange stats without focus.
