How do you link a post?

Seeing as I can't find it in the forum FAQ, how would I go about linking a post to another post?

Yet another topic that could be put into the never-to-exist user's manual I keep harping about.
 
Just to Add

If you wanna get the link without opening a new tab or window, right click the post number as specified in the picture by eX.A.K.R. and click:
  • Copy shortcut if you're in internet explorer
  • Copy link location if you're in Firefox
  • Copy link address if you're in Opera
