How do you make a signature and what can be included in it?

Go to Settings and Edit Signature and put whatever you like in it as long as it is within the signature and forum rules which can be read here:http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/f223/bulbagarden-forum-rules-*new-set-valid-immediately*-153092/

Do you mean an actual signature or like a "banner" signature? if you mean just making a signature I would go to the link that Shiny Celebi sent, if you need help making a banner I use Free Userbar Generator
