How long have you been coming to Bulbagarden?

Personally, I've been coming since 1999, when the site had episode clips, music downloads, cool episode giudes, and great splash page pictures (My favourite was the Holidays '99 Vulpix by the fireplace!), and great art. The forums were pretty strong when they first came up, it was great back then. I popped in about a hundred times a day just to see if there was any new info from the new Johto saga in Japan.

Also, it'd be nice to see some of that art again. Did anyone save those Splash pictures? My computer crashed, so I lost them all.

Also, if anyone remembers a Pikachu21 from way back when the forums appeared, that was me.

I only discovered Bulbagarden in May 2005 despite being in the online fandom for a little over two years prior to that.

Well I was a member back in 2000/2001 quite possibly under the name Evil Togepi XD Then after the site dissapeared I didn't know of it's re-existance until about a year and a half ago? Two years ago? Something like that. I lurked round for a bit, visiting every so often, then decided to re-join up for nostalgias sake XD
I've been here under this account for a whole year! :D YAY!

Sorry FabuVinny, but Bulbagarden was around much longer than that.

So that's why it was already an established forum by the time I got to it.

Yes, I know a lot about its history now.

2003, methinks, but haven't joined until recently.

I think it was more popular back in '99 (In comparison), although it was an almost complete different group of members

I remember coming to the site "back in the day," but eventually I stopped caring about Pokémon for a while and didn't come back until my new join date (<---).

See username thingy (cause I'm too lazy to look for mehself.)

Blackjack got me coming over here...

I joined the same month as Misty.

Back then this place was where all the Misty and Brock fans hung out that were openly criticized on other forums. Then a large cluster of people from SPP joined around the time I did and made this place less bias than it used to be.

I checked out the original site a few times, and may or may not have posted on the original board. As for the current incarnation...see "Join Date".

Wow. I thought I was all alone. I guess I may have seen some of you before. I would always toggle between this, PokéMasters, and Pokémon Gameboy Zone. Also, I am aware it is called Game Boy.

I joined the online fandom nearly a year ago at SPPF. Then, I found a link to Bulbagarden and joined soon after that. I'm not sure when, but it was when my name was still XD001emerald. I then either forgot my password, or my account got pruned, so I stopped visiting. Then, when The Great Butler came here, I rejoined.

And that's about it...

I saw it around back in 2001/2002, and I've checked the forums everynow and then since 2003, but really only recently felt like joining.

There was someone named Bulbagarden back then. I thought you were that "Bulbagarden" I used to see.

I didn't actually join until this year, but I used to visit a site named ueg.com (for Ultimate Episode Guide) in 1999 that either became Bulbagarden or was absorbed by it. Then I followed Bulbagarden through the years, posting as an unregistered guests when it was enabled, until I took the plunge of registering as a member.

That was Chris. These days, he goes by the name of "Anenga", and last I heard, was still the head tester of the Shareaza P2P software.

UEG and PocketTV were both first hosted by Bulbagarden, then absorbed into it as their maintainers joined the BMG staff, or left the fandom. I think. Been a while. ^^;
