I think we'll have 2 other seasons after Pokèmon Galactic Battles, one where Ash, Dawn and Brock end their adventure in Sinnoh and one where they do the Johto Battle Frontier. I think for 5th generation we've got to wait 2011-2012!.

Yeah we got at least 2 seasons the most. Maybe. I mean if this gen is over by 2012 that's 2013 for the states which is...2! So again 2 is the most likely amount.

Based on the fact there are usually two years between main series game releases, then it could be possible. I expect Sinnoh itself to only last at least up to midway into the next season, though. DP, on the other hand, unless the next game occurs sooner than we expect, could last nearly as long as the original Pocket Monsters. (according to my math 5 seasons = 260 eps, and the original series lasted 274 eps, with several being banned for some reason, and seasons didn't last for even intervals back then in the dub)

[QUOTE = DarkMaster; 1226633] Too many. Sinnoh è fucking lungo. [/ QUOTE]

Yes, there are a lot of good episodes in Diamond and Pearl series, but I totally agree. it's too long! However i think Sinnoh serie are better than the Johto and the hoenn ones! Kanto surely the best!

Sinnoh itself = 200 episodes.

Filler = 50-60 episodes.

This saga is very long.

It'd be better to see Ash tackle the Elite 4 for the last thing, BF could come before that.

There'd have to be two more.

I don't see what's going to happen in season 13 since Ash only has one more gym badge and then he's off to the Sinnoh conference which will only take him about 15-20 episodes max. Which makes me think Ash might battle the Elite Four or something. Then again that would mean him winning the Sinnoh Conference which I don't think he can, but I suppose the writers could come up with some reason why he's able to battle the Elite Four.

As for season 14 has it been confirmed that Ash & co. are actually going to Johto or is it speculation? I actually don't know.
It kinda seems a bit odd that they'd go to Johto a year after the games were released, unless of course there is actually a third version to HGSS and it is being released around then.

There has never been any indication Ash is going to Johto. Its speculation from the fandom, nothing in the anime has suggested it.

Movie 13 takes place while they're still in Sinnoh, people already calculated there's only 25 Thursdays till the movie comes out.

Chances are, theres gonna be 2 more seasons.... Yup, 2 more seasons before Generation V (can't wait for Generation V:banghead:).

So the last statement somehow isn't speculation on your part?

And? I'm not sure how many times this has to be repeated, but the exact same situation happened in 2005 with Hoenn, and yet the gang still managed to get to Kanto in time for Movie 8. It is not at all unlikely that the same thing will happen now. The only argument I've seen against this assumes that we have to see Flint, Bertha and Charon get their own episodes. Not only is that not true, but those characters can still appear without coming at the expense of anything (particularly Flint who will most likely debut with Volkner in the same episode and go along his way, and Bertha who could just appear during the League as an observer).

This could go either way and is largely inconsequential to the direction of the next saga. However, your insistence on declaring your own views as if they were facts is unmerited.

There is much more going on during the tail-end of Sinnoh than there was for Hoenn. A lot more plots to wrap up, Pokemon to reach their full potential, and game characters to explore.

Ash's newest capture being a Sinnoh Pokemon, and not a Johto Pokemon, is enough to tell you the writers aren't done with DP anytime soon.

With only 25 Thursday until the movie, with most of January being filler and the Pokethlon episodes, they just can't fit it all in.

I honestly don't see that much left for them to do with Sinnoh at this point. They could easily wrap things up by July. As for Ash's recent capture, didn't he capture a Snorunt near the end of Hoenn, while May caught a Bulbasaur a bit earlier? Even though Dawn caught a Johto Pokemon a bit later than May caught Bulbasuaur, I still think that it's possible that they'll go to Johto. Besides, they've never given Ash a Pokemon that wasn't in the most recent generation, or at least had a evolution in that generation, so I think that they're just using his team to continue to promote the fourth generation.

We only know what's happening in January. All of the ideas about how they'll handle the rest of the months prior to July is complete fan speculation. For all we know, they'll be able to handle the situation similar to what happened with the end of Hoenn or maybe end it sooner since there would be some hour specials every now and then. As of now, I think that it's too soon to say for certain how the rest of the Sinnoh saga will be handled. We're merely the fans and we have no knowledge or say as to how the writers will do their jobs.

So you're saying that in 20-21 episodes(25 are with the January episodes but we already know what's going down) they will be able to fit the below in?
-The last 2 E4 members to be introduced, but Flint will likely share his episode with intro of Volkner or have 2
-Sunnyshore, the intro of the gym leader and a 2 part battle
-Dawn's Contest which will likely be a 2 parter as well seeing how it might as well be the last one
-The league
-The grand Festival
-Fillers to make some nice gaps in between so it won't feel rushed

And all that goes without saying how there would also be the need to have Sinnoh closed up through Twinleaf, returning to pallet, going to the next saga based land, and getting past a good amount of said land to be able to make sense on how they stopped somewhere for the movie. Yeah no the most logical solution is before the league after the grand festibal.

It's 25 episodes without the two Janurary episodes whose titles are already known (though probably 24 because of the Movie 12 broadcast on July 8).

Take a look here to see how AG managed to fit parallel events into AG109-AG134 (a period of six months). It's also nice to see how Snorunt was caught before Christmas as is the case with Gible now.

While it would seem that Sunyshore is not going to be wrapped up by January, it is likely that the gap between it and the Contest (in whichever order) will be shorter than the gap between Sootopolis and the Pacifidlog Contest.

That's actually pretty bad pacing if you think about it. I just can't see it happening as there are quite a few more things to be done.

Dub seasons, 5, because I see Sinnoh being a little bit less than 200 episodes, so if Galactic Battles ends with DP 157, then 52 more would lead us to DP 209, and I'm dead sure we still won't be stalling for time in Sinnoh.
