How many bannings can a person have before they are perma banned?

Ok, let's say someone had been a good user on the forums, does something stupid and get themselves banned for a little bit.

The question is how many bans could a person have before they're permanently banned?

Depends on the infraction points and how serious the bad thing is. Sometimes users have been banned many times (habunake) then get permabanned, while others like spambots get permabanned instantaly (spambot spam is permaban).
