How to insert video without a Youtube Account?

Hi, I saw the other thread sort of like this, but can you insert a video without having a YouTube account? I don't really want to make one, so is there a way to without having one? I just want to insert a video from my computer.

To insert a video from your computer into your post, you have to upload it to a video sharing site. To upload to a video sharing site, you have to make an account on that site.

So, no, there isn't a way of inserting a video into your post directly from your computer.
