How to make traded pokemons like/obey you?

I traded to me an Abra in the early part of the game( Coal mine area) and as of late (level 13, I got a gym badge) it says it dosnt want to obey etc.

Is there a way to stop that or will it go on like that forever? A fast answer would be greatly appreciated, becouse then I will know if I will have to catch a wild abra(bleh) or just wait with the one I traded to like and obey me

I forget what gym badge, but either the 2nd,3rd,or 4th badge allows any pokemon traded below lvl 30 to obay you. You'll have to get that badge before it will. Google which badge it is, im lazy

UCh.. I hate traded stuff Stupid me learning it a TM as well

2nd badge makes all Pokemon up to level 30 obey, 4th makes all up to 50 obey, 6th makes all up to 70 obey, and 8th/final makes all Pokemon obey regardless of level.
