How to minimize Windows Live Messenger to System Tray?

Does anyone here know how I can minimize Windows Live Messenger to my System Tray?

Note: My OS (Operating System) is Windows XP Professional (2002) Service Pack 3.

On Vista/XP, closing it leaves it running.

What WLMM/MSN version do you have?
 
I know how to minimize WLM to the System Tray with the X (Close) button...

I was just hoping there was a way to configure WLM so the normal Square (Minimize) button minimizes WLM to the System Tray, instead of minimizing WLM to the Taskbar.

By the way, I am using Windows Live Messenger 2009 (v.14.0.8117)
