How to remember Type Advantages and Disadvantages?

Ok, I am very bad at remembering things. So I need a method to learn all Advantages and Disadvantages, Maybe like a chart or anything. Any help necessary,Thanks!
 
i'd recommend just looking at the charts in the guide books. though i have problems too i usually remember type advantages when they one hit my pokemon.
