How to save the Pokedex as rdf?

Hey guys,

So I want to use the Pokedex files to retrive a rdf-file of alle the Pokémon characters of generation 1, 2 and 3.
I'm a little bit lost and I don't know how to make a rdf-file of the Pokedex...

Can you guys please help me?
