Generation 9 How to unlock all the hair colors in PLZA?

As far as I'm aware, the only unlockable hair colors are obtained by catching every color of Flabébé and showing them to a woman near the hair salon at the bottom left of the map. I've completed the main story and the Pokédex and have yet to see any other ways to unlock hair colors, but I haven't finished all the side quests yet so I could be wrong.

Edit: I was wrong! After finishing the quest above, you can talk to this same lady again later to unlock a new side quest and even more options.
