How would Pokemon the Series: Scarlet and Violet have looked like?

Basically, if Ash was still around, but they decided to do a traditional Badge Quest series. Here's some ideas:
  • Ash's traveling companions are Juliana and Arven.
  • Arven would be the one cooking for the group and the mentor figure, like Brock.
  • Juliana's goal would be to defeat Team Star.
  • Ash would somehow run into Naranja Academy and enroll in there. He would eventually go to Kitakami and enroll in Blueberry Academy.
  • Ash's team would be Fuecoco, Quaxly, Flamigo, Charcadet, Cetoddle and Cyclizar.
  • Juliana's team would be Sprigatito, Tinkatink, Flittle, Pawmi, Smoliv and Fidough.
  • Koraidon and Miraidon would appear.
  • Nemona and Penny would be Ash's rivals.
  • Area Zero would appear and play a role in the story.
  • Professor Sada or Professor Turo would appear as Arven's mother or father.
  • Ogerpon, Pecharunt and Terapagos would appear.
 
Honestly, Ash's power level in Journeys would have to be adjusted for him to have believable struggles in another badge quest. At best he could beat Iris or Alain in Round 1 of the Masters Eight but everything else would have to be rewritten.
  • Ash attends Uva Academy and is treated more as a university about battles. He participates in the badge quest and his main rival is Nemona. His team as I described in some other post is Pikachu, Skeledirge, Lokix, Cetitan, Toedscruel and Ogerpon. In the Academy he makes two friends:
  • Ash's female companion is an OC who is a mix between Gloria and Juliana. She specializes in Pokemon races and attempts to defeat Team Skar. Her team is Quaquaval, Cyclizar, Hydrapple and Kilowattrel. Her rival is Penny, though she finds out mid-series she is the leader of Team Star.
  • His male companion is Arven, who likes cooking and has a dark past. He wants to beat the Titan Pokemon. His team is Meowscarada, Mabostiff (after it is healed) and Lucario (because the writers love it).
  • Team Rocket is the same and hijack the cafeteria. Jessie has Grafaiai and James has Spidops.
  • The protagonists can tour Paldea con their own but they come back to school from time to time. Also, sometimes they get school trips to other regions. An early one is on Sinnoh and has the group meeting many Hisuian forms. Another one is in Kitakami where Kieran and Carmine become secondary rivals. Another one is in the Isle of Armor where he meets up again with Chloe and Go and he discovers what they've been up to, with Go having catched a Kubfu. A later one is in Kalos and has Ash advancing in the Z-A Royale and battle Taunie while using Mega Greninja.
  • Ash wins the league (which is a tournament between some of the top students) after beating Nemona. Area Zero arc ends with Arven being traumatized, Ash catching Miraidon and Gloriana catching Koraidon. Ash is invited to Blueberry Academy and he goes there with Carmine. After lots of training and double battles with Miraidon and Pikachu having an Electric Terrain strategy Ash beats Champion Kieran. Ash is invited to stay as a permanent BB Elite Four but he rejects the offer and prefers to keep travelling.
 
I have to agree. At this point, Ash is just TOO strong. He is basically Red at this point. Even if he didn't use Pikachu in any Gym Battles (aside from maybe the last two), he has multiple journeys worth of experience.
 
Pikachu would terastallize very early on and use various different ones throughout the series (first one being Electric of course). Towards the end he would eventually get the Stellar form.
